Privately owned, this former municipal site is attractively situated on the outskirts of the pleasant little spa town of Bad Liebenzell in the northeast Black Forest. The 250 pitches (150 for touring units) all have 16A electricity and are neatly arranged in rows on flat grass between hedges, trees and the good access roads. This is a well run and orderly site. The site is often full in high season when a reservation is advisable (if not reserved arrive early). There may be some noise from the nearby roads and railway.

There is direct access to an excellent, large, heated swimming pool complex which is free to campers. This includes swimming pools, a wave pool and a long slide. There is also a children’s pool and grassy sunbathing area and several tennis courts.

Facilities

Two toilet blocks are well maintained with washbasins mostly in cabins in two blocks, showers mainly in the end building. Accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Cooking facilities. Gas supplies. Motorhome services. Bar/restaurant and takeaway (15/4-15/09). Supermarket next door. Swimming pool complex (01/5-01/9). Café/bar by pool. Large room with TV. Tennis court. Fly fishing. Playground. WiFi entire site (charged).

Location

From A8 exits 43, 44 or 45 to Pforzheim then B463 road south (25 km). From A81 exit 28 to Herrenberg then B296 to Calw and B463 to Bad Liebenzell. Site is just north of town.
