In the middle of the Lüneburger Heide, Camping Zum Örtzewinkel is directly next to the river Oertze. An idyllic location - right between the most beautiful points of the Heide and the major theme parks in the area. There are 72 touring pitches on-site with 16Amp electric hook-up points available and five wooden cabins to hire. Two sanitary blocks are easily reachable, with facilities being functional and comfortable. There are a couple of children's playgrounds in between pitches. For older children, there is table tennis, a football field, and a lounge with television.

You can rent bicycles and go-carts, or if you are into horses, you can bring your horse with you here as there are plenty of opportunities to explore the surrounding countryside or book a riding lesson on-site. For those who enjoy a spot of fishing, there are opportunities to do so on-site at the campsite's pond. The pond also offers guests the chance to have a refreshing dip in the summer months. The campsite also has a restaurant offering a range of traditional dishes from the region and modern classics.
