Waikiki is twinned with IT60330 Malibu Beach which is close by. This site has direct access to a broad, soft, sandy beach across a 300 m. grass area which has a boarded walkway. The beach shelves slowly, so swimming is safe for children; there are sunshades and loungers to hire and lifeguards on the beach. The touring pitches are on soft sand and shaded by pines and other trees, some close to the beach fence, but without sea views. Relatively flat, all have 6A electricity and some have water. On-site amenities include an attractive water park with games and lifeguards.

A restaurant/pizzeria with a very large terrace offers a good choice of reasonably priced food and there is a well stocked supermarket. Entertainment is provided daily. A regular bus service runs from the campsite to Jesolo, where there is an excellent selection of shops, bars and restaurants, and where a bus connects with the ferry services to Venice for day trips. A direct boat trip to Venice leaves from a point 100 m. outside the site. This is a smaller boat, which can be booked at reception and can be used to visit the lagoon islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello.

Two refurbished sanitary blocks are clean and well equipped and have a separate area for children. Accessible Facilities in one block. Shop and bazaar. Bar. Restaurant/pizzeria. Swimming and paddling pools. Playground. Children’s club. Entertainment programme. Direct access to the beach. Dogs are accepted in a designated area. WiFi (charged).

Directions to Camping Waikiki

From A4 autostrada (approaching from Milan) take Mestre exit and follow signs initially for Venice airport and then Jesolo. From Jesolo, follow signs to Jesolo Pineta and site is well signed.
