Terme Banovci is a comfortable, quiet, countryside site with 69 touring pitches (set among seasonal and rental units), plus 62 naturist pitches which are located separately. A large, grassy area is set aside for tents. The grassed pitches have ample shade, are accessed by gravel roads and all have 10A electricity. Entry to the indoor (35-38°C) and outdoor (25-27°C) pools with a total surface area of 2,000 sq.m. is free to campers. The pools, with large, outdoor slide and ample space for sunbathing, are all that one expects from a modern, well equipped, thermal spa. The comfortable restaurant is built in traditional style, and drinks and food are available on the terrace beside the pool.

The indoor pool contains thermal mineral water, which is pumped up from a depth of 1,700 m. The water is rich in fluorides and recognised as being beneficial in treating rheumatism and other ailments. The outdoor pool is filled with normal water and is equipped with underwater massage jets, whirlpools, a waterfall and water slide. In addition, there is a children’s paddling pool and a separate naturist pool.

Directions to Camping Terme Banovci

Site is 38 km. east of Maribor. From A5 take Vucja Vas exit and head south on 230 for 5 km. to Knzevci pri Ljutomeru. Then turn northeast on 439 for 1 km. and fork right to Banovci. Site is 400 m. northeast of Banovci and signed in village. The is not accessible to American style motorhomes or multi-axle caravans.
