Camping 't Wisentbos is located on the Lage Vaart, in the beautiful area of Dronten. The park-like site in a quiet area is aimed at (sport) anglers. Perfect fishing for carp, roach, bream and pike. The site has 326 pitches of which 50 are for touring units and have a 10-amp hook-up point, 270 seasonal and there are 6 mobile homes or log cabins for hire. The very spacious tourist and seasonal pitches are grouped on fields, enclosed by high hedges and trees. You can connect to Wi-Fi throughout the site and there is playground equipment for children. The roads and paths are paved and well-lit. In the main building are the reception and laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer. The renovated toilet block is fully heated.  

You will find a large body of water directly next to the campsite and surrounding areas making this campsite the ideal holiday destination for the avid anglers. . In addition to fishing, there are plenty of trips possible. How about a visit to the Oostvaardersplassen, Elburg, Urk or Kampen. The area offers plenty of challenges for walking and cycling. From the many good cycling routes, bridle paths and hiking trails you can enjoy the beautiful views, interspersed with many hectares of forest and polder landscape.

Directions to Camping ’t Wisentbos

From the A28 take exit 16 and join the N309 towards ‘t Harde, Dronten and Lelystad. Stay on the N309 all the way to its junction with the N305 and turn left to join it. At a roundabout take the first exit to rejoin the N309. At the second roundabout turn right onto De Musaet and then De West. The site is on the left.
