Alan Rogers Review of Camping Pinar San José
Pinar San José first opened in 2008. The site is located in the La Breña Nature Park and has been developed to reflect the natural beauty that surrounds it. The nearest beaches on the Costa de la Luz are around 1 km. distant. On-site amenities are modern and well designed and include two swimming pools, tennis and a sports court. Pitches are grassy, and all have electrical connections. There is good provision of water points, and many pitches also have drainage and internet connections. Several brick-built chalets are available for rent.
Cabo de Trafalgar (Cape Trafalgar) is nearby and, of course, gave its name to the famous battle several kilometres to the west. The nearest village to the site is Zahora and the great cities of Cádiz and Jerez, as well as Gibraltar, are all accessible in less than an hour. La Breña Nature Park was formerly a massive sand dune and is now a large, forested area crisscrossed by cycle tracks and footpaths. Riding is also possible in the park.

Directions to Camping Pinar San José
Heading south from Cádiz on the A48 motorway at the Vejer de la Frontera exit and head west on A2230 and then south on A2233 to Zahora. Site is well signed from here.
