Alan Rogers Review of Camping Pachacaïd
Pachacaïd is a very popular holiday village on the edge of the Massif des Maures. Please note that there are no touring pitches here. The site is located 17 km. from Saint Tropez and 8 km. from Rayol Canadel with its famous creeks and beaches. At the heart of Pachacaïd is its amazing Niagara water park with seven massive water slides, a huge Californian-style swimming pool and numerous jacuzzis and other water features. Other on-site amenities are of a very high standard, such as the Pachacafé restaurant and well stocked shop. The site extends over a 50-hectare pine forest, with a wide variety of mobile homes available to rent.
Pachacaïd becomes lively in high season with a varied activity and entertainment programme including the Pacha Kids club. For older guests, the Aqua Blue disco is open every night (in peak season) from 22.00. Saint Tropez and Port Grimaud are popular excursions but the villages of Bormes-les-Mimosas and Cogolin are also well worth exploration.
