Good for an overnight stop, this site is peacefully situated alongside a small river and next to the town’s tennis courts and swimming pool (reductions available for campers). There are 40 pitches on level grass each with electricity (4A) and separated by small, neat box hedges. The reception has been renovated and a small shop stocks basics supplies and refreshments. Four fully equipped chalets are available to rent. The site warden lives on site and the gates are locked overnight.
Facilities at Camping Municipal du Pont des Fées
Two toilet blocks are in good condition with British style WCs. Some washbasins are in cabins and roomy hot showers are free. Washing machine. Boules pitch. Tennis. Fitness trail. Play area. Bicycle hire. Fishing in river. Welcome drinks and barbecue evening (July/Aug). WiFi (free).
