This large, busy municipal site 4 km. from Zaragoza, is primarily for short-stay, transit visitors, being well placed halfway between the ports of Santander and Bilbao and the beaches of the Costa Brava. The city, however, has much more to offer as the former capital of Aragon and now Spain’s fifth-largest city.
There are 105 touring pitches with electricity and water, mostly on gravel and with a little shade. There are good facilities for children and the very pleasant swimming and paddling pools are welcome as it gets very hot here. Staff and facilities can be stretched at busy times.
Being on the edge of town, shops and bars are accessible but, as the site is surrounded by apartments and roads, there is continual noise from traffic as well as the occasional plane coming in to land at the airport. Also on site are 70 mobile homes for rent and a 58-bed youth hostel. The site is very busy during the world-famous ‘Fiesta del Pilar’, a nine-day festival in October which culminates in a massive fireworks display over the River Ebro.

Modern toilet blocks include good facilities for disabled visitors. Washing machine and dryer. Motorhome services. Shop, bar and restaurant (high season plus w/ends). Swimming and paddling pools (high season). Tennis. Pétanque. Multisports pitch. Play areas. Bungalows for rent. Hostel. Club and TV room. Communal barbecue area. Internet access. WiFi throughout (free).

Follow the Autovia del Nordeste (Zaragoza ring road) southwest to leave at the junction with the A2/E90. Follow signs to the city centre (Autovia de Madrid) and the site is signed to the right.
