This is a delightful, small family site where everything is kept in pristine condition. Jordi and Nuria, a brother and sister team, work hard to make you welcome and maintain the superb appearance of the site. Flowers and shrubs abound, with 90 pitches on attractively landscaped and carefully constructed terraces or on flat areas overlooking the pool. All but ten are for touring units with 6A electricity available throughout. A tranquil atmosphere pervades the site and it is a delight to enjoy drinks on the pleasant restaurant terrace, or to sample the authentic menu as you enjoy the views over the Alta Garrotxa. There is much to see in the local area between the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean.

For example, a trip to the stunning village of Castellfollit de la Roca perched precariously on a precipice 60 m. above the Fluvia river and the beautiful old town of Besalu. A short walk from the site is the pretty Pont del Llierca, an attractive bridge in a pleasant setting which the site has chosen to use on its logo. Walking and outdoor pursuits abound and the team will assist with bookings. This is a super site for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful situation and wonderful scenery. If you feel like a change, the beaches and attractions of the Costa Brava are just 60 km. away.

The clean, modern sanitary block has controllable hot showers, open style washbasins, a pleasant baby room and an en-suite accessible unit. Washing and laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Supermarket (all season). Restaurant and bar (1/7-4/9, snacks and bar at weekends in low season). Swimming pool with sunbathing area and children’s pool (1/5-30/9). Playground. Sports field. Pétanque. Barbecue area. Free WiFi over part of site. Torches are useful in some areas.

Directions to Camping Montagut

From south on AP7 leave at exit 6 (Girona), take the C66/A26 towards Olot. From north leave AP7 at Figueres, join N11 south and turn west signed Olot to join N260/A26. Take exit 75, turn right towards Montagut. At end of village turn left (Sadernes) and site is on the left in 2 km. (narrow road).
