This Dutch owned, family run campsite is set amongst the vineyards and foothills about 5 miles behind the seaside town of Bormes-les-Mimosas. Just 200 m. off the N98 and with views towards the Massif des Maures and the Forêt du Dom, this is a quiet site with a total of 120 pitches, all with electricity. 33 pitches are comfort pitches and 36 standard the remainder are for tents.The hilly ground has been well terraced and the old buildings maintained in keeping with their surroundings. The Biersteker family run an excellent site and seem to go that extra mile. In September some campers help with the grape harvest and return the next year to sample ‘their’ wine.

The site is popular with many long stay visitors and some have been coming here for over 20 years. The popular tourist resorts of Ste Maxime, Saint Tropez and Cavalaire-sur-Mer are a few miles along the coast and the autoroute at Hyères is about 20 km. from the site. Twin axle caravans are not accepted.

Facilities at Camping Manjastre

Two good sanitary blocks provide ample WCs, washbasins and showers. Accessible facilities, Laundry facilities. Shop (fresh bread daily). Bar with terrace, snack bar and takeaway(1/5-30/9). Swimming pool (15/5-15/9). Play area. Tennis court, Table tennis, Multi sports pitch, Library. WiFi in the bar area.
