Camping Mals is an oasis of sunshine on the southern slopes of the Alps, where Italy, Austria and Switzerland meet. Mals is an ideal starting point for trips through the natural beauty of Vinschgau and for sightseeing. The small but well-equipped terraced sites has 74 grass touring pitches with a 16-amp hook-up points. It is situated at a quiet spot on the edge of town and offers splendid views of the surrounding countryside with the ancient city of Glurns and the glaciers of the Ortler range.

Many hiking opportunities in the area. With the Vinschgau card, free use of bus and train. Plenty of supermarkets in the area. A few minutes from the site, you will find a restaurant, a large recreation area with a free swimming pool and even the railway station of the newly built railway line to Bozen. 800 metres further down you are in the centre of Mals with some nice shops.

Directions to Camping Mals

Take the Brenner Autobahn A22 in the direction of Bolzano. Exit at Bolzano Sud to join a rather complicated interchange, then follow the express highway to Merano, where the highway merges into the road SS38 Continue in direction north until reaching Mals/Malles Venosta. Follow site signs, do not get confused with Zum Löwen site.
