Camping Los Molinos is a large site with 1000 pitches close to the village of Noja, a seaside resort that gets very busy in high season. It is on the coast of Cantabria, a ten minute walk from the Playa del Ris beach which has fine sand and clear water. The site is divided into two main areas either side of a central fenced-off roadway. Both areas have a large number of permanent units, some of which look a little run down. There are 100 (60 sq.m) touring pitches for caravans and motorhomes on level ground at the far end of the site, but with little shade; 50 have 5A electricity. A separate large area without electricity is used for tents. All touring pitches are at the end of the site furthest from the entrance, amenities and the sea!

Each half of the site has its own main building with catering facilities. The right side has the main restaurant/bar, disco and supermarket, while the left has the reception, café/bar, another supermarket and the swimming pools. Unusually the site has its own karting complex.

Facilities at Camping Los Molinos (Noja)

Six fully equipped toilet blocks, two new and two recently refurbished, are kept clean. Accessible Facilities. Washing machines. Supermarkets and butcher. Restaurant (July/Aug). Bars and café bar serving tapas and pizzas. Swimming and paddling pools with lifeguard (20/6-7/9). Play area. ATM. Torch useful. No electric barbecues. WiFi on part of site (charged).

Directions to Camping Los Molinos (Noja)

From A8 (Bilbao-Santander) exit at km. 185 and join N634 towards Beranga and almost immediately turn right on CA147 to Noja. In 10 km. turn left and go down through town. At beach roundabout turn left, then left again just before Camping Playa Joyel at large site sign.
