This pleasant site is located between Albi and Gaillac at the heart of the Tarn. Of the 74 pitches, 54 are reserved for touring, with the remainder for mobile homes. The pitches are of a good size and are located in a natural setting around the site. All are separated by hedges and have 13A electricity and water points nearby. There is a modern heated swimming pool.
The River Tarn is very close and has a marina where you can fish, canoe, or take boat trips to the nearby city of Albi. Albi is just 17 km. distant and richly merits a visit, with its riverside cafés and lovely gardens, as well as the vast 13th-century Gothic cathedral, the largest brick building in the world. Or you can wander through the warrens of cobbled streets and half-timbered shops, or visit Toulouse-Lautrec’s childhood home, now an excellent museum.
There are over 4,800 km. of marked footpaths in the Tarn, and this is the ideal way to explore the wonderful surrounding countryside.
