Cayeux-sur-Mer is a traditional seaside resort close to the Somme estuary, and les Galets de la Mollière is located just to the north of the town. Formerly a municipal site, it has undergone a recent renovation programme and now provides the opportunity to experience a typical French family holiday. The site extends over six hectares and has 195 pitches on level grass, of which 125 are reserved for touring units. All have 10A electrical connections (most French style two pin). The amenities include an attractive swimming pool complex, bar, shop and a games room. A fine sandy beach is adjacent to the site, a short walk across the sand dunes. Cayeux is just 3 km. away and has a good range of shops and restaurants.

An unusual feature of the site is that all of the sanitary facilities are housed within clusters of small, wooden huts, at four seperate locations on the site. All are unisex and offer complete privacy. For those not wishing to take advantage of the site facilities, there is an option for motorhome owners to stay in a designated area just outside the site gates at a much reduced rate. A fine sand and pebble beach is adjacent to the site and is accessed via a short walk across the sand dunes. Cayeux is just 3 km. away and has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Directions to Camping les Galets de la Mollière

From the A16 take exit 24 (Le Crotoy) and join the D32 to Rue, and then the D940 to St Valéry. Bypass St Valéry on the D940 and then join the D3 signed Cayeux-sur-Mer. After a further 4 km. you will arrive at La Mollière and site is well signed from here.
