Camping Les Franquettes is  located in Grayan-et-l'Hôpital, on France's west coast in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. It is situated near the tip of the Médoc peninsula, offering easy access to the Atlantic Ocean beaches and the Gironde estuary. The campsite boasts 78 pitches with electrical hook-up points available and 33 mobile home rentals; the pitches are spacious and well-maintained, and the mobile homes are available in a variety of sizes to suit different family needs.

Camping Les Franquettes offers a variety of amenities and activities for campers, making it a great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a large outdoor swimming pool and a separate swimming pool with water slides where the kids will spend hours of fun splashing around in the water. During high season, there is an excellent programme of entertainment and activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a kids club which is open every morning during the week. Here they will enjoy various creative crafts and sporting activities. Older children can take advantage of the football pitch, where they can enjoy a game or two with friends, table tennis, table football, and a games room. The restaurant at the  À la bonne Franquette campsite offers tasty dishes at very affordable prices. You can eat on-site or order takeaway meals to enjoy back at your pitch. Pizzas, mussels and fries, tapas and even BBQ food are available.  Themed evenings and live music are held here regularly during the summer, too. 

Grayan-et-l'Hôpital boasts a beautiful coastline with several beaches. Plage de la Grande Conche is a popular choice, known for its fine sand and gentle waves. If you're feeling adventurous, you can try surfing at Plage Nord d'Euronat. There are surf schools in the area that offer lessons for beginners. The Médoc peninsula is a great place to explore by bike. There are many cycle paths in the area, including a route that goes all the way to Soulac-sur-Mer. You can rent bicycles directly from the campsite.
