This is an attractive, well maintained, modern campsite located near the famous Trousse-Chemise wood. It is 50 m. from a fine sandy beach which has easy access for small boat launching. There are 324 pitches in total (150 for touring), some are open with some shade and all have 10A electricity. They are all well laid out, level and marked. In low season, the deluxe toilet and shower block has under floor heating for extra comfort. The play area is large, very well equipped and has a good 18-hole minigolf course and there are two heated swimming pools, one indoor. There are over 70 mobile homes and cabins for hire.

A programme of entertainment is provided in high season with a children’s club for 2-12 year olds and a teenagers’ club for 13-18 year olds. The Ile de Ré is a paradise for bicycle enthusiasts and there are guided rides from the site through woodlands, vineyards and along salt marshes and beaches.

Three modern sanitary blocks (one with under floor heating) with accessible facilities. Washing machines and dryers. Ironing room. Motorhome services. Bar, restaurant and takeaway. Bicycles and windsurf boards for hire. Minigolf. Excellent adventure style play area. Mukltisports area (volleyball and beach football). Children’s club and organised entertainment (high season). Games room. Swimming pools, indoor (all season), outdoor (June-Sept). Sailing. Dogs accepted on leads. WiFi.
