Camping Le Grand Corseau is a large site in the heart of a large pine forest right on the Atlantic coast. Here you have a view of the bridge of Noirmoutier island, a great destination to explore by bike or car. The site has 364 grass pitches of which 294 are for touring units and have an 8-amp hook-up point. There are also 70 mobile homes available to hire. Tall pines provide plenty of shade, although it is less densely wooded here than surrounding the site . Be careful when driving to your pitch, as there are high concrete ramps on the site's paved roads.

A forest path leads you from the site to the dunes, which is within a five-minute walk. Behind the dunes, you will find the beach and Atlantic Ocean, which is perfect for spending a leisurely day sunbathing or taking a pleasant swim in the sea. In high season, food trucks provide the site guests with pizza and hamburgers. For shopping needs, you need to drive five minutes in the direction of Le Barre-de-Monts to find a supermarket.

Directions to Camping Le Grand Corseau

The site is on the mainland approach to the lle de Noirmoutier. From north via Bourgneuf-en-Retz take D758 to Beauvoir-sur-Mer, then D22 to La Barre-de-Monts. Continue through town ignoring the road to Fromentine. At the town boundary at a roundabout turn right on D38b (Ile de Noirmoutier). In 500 m, straight on at roundabout for 1 km. then left towards Grand Corseau. Follow site signs.
