Camping le Diamant is located in Saint-Jean-Saint-Nicolas in the Hautes-Alpes, in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, a popular destination in France thanks to its high levels of sunshine, the diversity of its landscapes and its cultural heritage. It is located by the river le Drac, 20 km from Gap, at the gates of the Ecrins National Parkin the heart of the Champsaur valley, at an altitude of 1100m.

The site has one hundred touring pitches with drinking water, wastewater drain, and electric hook-up point 2 to 10 amps. There are also four seasonal pitches and seventeen mobile homes available to hire. On site facilities include Crazy golf, a children's playground, climbing wall, volleyball and table tennis. there are many more activities, events and evening entertainment to be had on site too.

From Gap, take the direction Grenoble by RN85 Route Napoléon, turn right in the descent of the Col Bayard and take the D114 then the Col de Manse D944 direction Orcières. The entrance to the site is on your left, in a large straight line, before the sign "PONT DU FOSSE". From Grenoble, take the direction of GAP by RN85 Route Napoléon. At 1 kilometre after Brutinel, turn left and take the D114 then the direction Orcières D944. The entrance to the site is on your left, in a large straight line, before the sign "PONT DU FOSSE".
