Camping Le Colombier in Cagnes-sur-Mer (Alpes-Maritimes) is in the hills above the seaside town, on a quiet road, but is very peaceful away from the bustle of the seaside. The site has just 34 touring pitches with 6-amp hook-up points. The campsite provides a cosy and intimate atmosphere. While French is the primary language, the reception staff's English is excellent, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. Upon arrival, you'll receive helpful guidance on finding nearby supermarkets, shops, and bus stops.  Free Wi-Fi is available near reception for those who still want to keep in touch with the rest of the world. If staying here, you will be given a key to open the campsite gate as it is locked at all times.  

At the rear of reception, you'll find the campsite's cafe, a small shop selling basic necessities, and a children's club room and library. The cafe offers breakfasts if pre-ordered the day before, and you can get a portion of chips with just 15 minutes notice for most of the day. The toilet block, while a little old-fashioned, is very clean and plentiful.  There is a swimming pool, free for campsite guests, located across the road through a small gate and up a woodland path. The swimming pool, despite appearing to belong to a villa, is free to use daily, adding to the convenience and comfort of your stay. 

Just a short drive up the hill lies the charming old town of Haut de Cagnes. Enjoy breath taking views, dine at local restaurants, and explore unique shops. For a more adventurous return, cycle down to the town centre and stroll along the spacious beachfront promenade."

Directions to Camping Le Colombier

On the A8 take exit 47 (don’t follow SatNav). Go towards Cagnes-sur-Mer centre, follow Colline de la Route de Vence to Durante roundabout. Follow campsite signs then Le Colombier site sign.
