This attractive family owned, wooded site is stretched out alongside the River Lot and has direct access to the water, ideal for fishing, canoeing and cooling off on a hot summer’s day. There are 85 large, level grassy pitches on two terraces with 68 for touring (10A electricity) with views across the river. It is a quiet rural site and is located in the heart of the Lot Valley and the Cahors vineyards. A wide range of family activities and entertainment is organised in July and August.
Facilities at Camping le Clos Bouyssac
Three sanitary blocks (one new) provide hot showers and accessible facilities. Motorhome services. Swimming and paddling pools, sunbathing terrace (15/5-30/9). Bar (1/6-30/9). Snack bar. Takeaway and small shop (July/Aug). Range of activities for all ages in July/Aug. Small play area. Canoeing. Boules. Fishing.
Directions to Camping le Clos Bouyssac
From Cahors take D811 signed Fumel. At Duraval turn left D58, signed Vire-sur-Lot then take D8 to Touzac, then D65 to Lacapelle-Cabanac. The site is 2 km. on the right. Only recommended route.
