Alan Rogers Review of Camping le Bois Tordu
Le Bois Tordu is a small but busy site with 105 pitches, of which just 15 are available for touring caravans and tents. Pitches are grassy and sandy, and most have some shade. All pitches have electricity (6A, adaptors and long leads required), water and drainage, and are divided by low hedging. Although it is just 300 m. from the beach, the site also has a swimming pool, paddling pool and splash pool for the water slide. Set in a popular holiday area, with a full range of amenities close to hand, this site is well suited for a quieter holiday.
Facilities at Camping le Bois Tordu
The sanitary block is near the front of the site, providing unisex facilities including some washbasins in cubicles. Accessible facilities, and a baby bath. Laundry facilities. Pool, water slides and jacuzzi with feature sliding roof. New multisports area. Play area. Table tennis. WiFi.
Directions to Camping le Bois Tordu
Driving south on D38 St Jean-de-Monts/St Gilles road, turn right at L’Oasis hotel/restaurant in Orouet (6 km. outside St Jean-de-Monts), signed to Les Mouettes. After 1.5 km. you come to a roundabout. Turn left here signed to St Hilaire-de-Riez and site is 1.5 km. on left.
