Camping La Plaine is a family-friendly campsite located in Rosières, southern Ardèche, France. It is 900 meters from the river La Beaume and close to the Gorges de l'Ardèche tourist attractions. Above all, the impressive cliffs along the river and the naturally formed arched bridge at Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. The site has 128 pitches, of which 46 are for touring units and have a 10-amp hook-up point, 24 seasonal, and 58 mobile homes or chalets are available to hire. The pitches are spacious and well-maintained, and many are shaded.

On-site, you will find two round swimming pools, a children’s pool, and a jacuzzi. Around the pool is a spacious terrace with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a restaurant and bar on site which serves a variety of pizzas and traditional French cuisine. You can also enjoy dining outside on the restaurant terrace overlooking the pool.

There are also plenty of activities to keep the family entertained as there is an excellent playground for children to let off steam. It has a variety of equipment, including swings, slides, and a climbing frame. The onsite mini-golf is a fun activity for the whole family to get involved in and is located near the playground. The campsite also has various sports facilities, including a tennis court, billiards, table football, table tennis and a pétanque court.

Directions to Camping La Plaine

From the A7 at exit 17 join the N7 towards Montelimar and the N102 to le Teil. Then continue on N102 to Aubenas. At Aubenas turn left to join the D104 in the direction of Alès. At Rosières roundabout turn directly right at the Pépiniéres (garden centre). The site is on this road.
