A large resort site, la Masia has 757 pitches with 593 for touring units. These pitches are flat, shaded by trees and in rows with some mobile homes inserted here and there. There is something for everyone at la Masia and the resort town is just outside the gate, as is the fine beach. A large, central building houses the main bar and restaurant. The jewel in the crown of the site is below this complex, where you can enjoy an indoor heated pool, spa, massage, plunge pools and exercise pools, and pamper yourself in luxury in a Roman bath-style setting (extra charge).

The restaurant offers a varied menu, including breakfasts (good value!) The tops of the buildings are used for sunbathing or watching fireworks in the town. There are two excellent swimming pools in separate areas of the site, one of which is overlooked by the restaurant terrace which also serves as the seating area for watching the entertainment programme. A fine new (2012) all-weather sports complex is situated to one side of the site.

Directions to Camping la Masia

La Masia is on the southwest side of Blanes. From AP7 (Girona-Barcelona) exit 9 follow the N11 to the B600 towards Blanes. As you enter Blanes look for roundabout with large Lidl sign. Take turning for ‘campings-Hotels’. Continue following signs, looking for Camping la Masia sign. Site entrance has colourful signs and many flags. Avoid Blanes town (narrow roads)
