Camping La Ferme des 4 chênes is located in Urt, in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques department of France. It is situated in the Basque Country, close to the Spanish border and a few steps from the Landes. The campsite is ideally located for exploring the region, and it has a wide range of facilities and activities to keep everyone entertained. On site, there are 70 touring pitches with electric hook-up points available (16 amp). 37 Accommodation options are also available to hire. The pitches are spacious and delimited by mature hedging and well-shaded by trees.

The campsite has a wide range of facilities and activities for all ages. There is a swimming pool with a paddling pool that has a slide and water fountains. Next to the pool, you will find the small snack bar where you can buy cold drinks and ice creams. There is also a newly built playground and a table tennis table for younger campers to enjoy. At the edge of the campsite is the mini-farm and the animals that live there, including two ponies, six dwarf goats, four donkeys, and even a rhea! You are able to interact with them and visit them whenever you wish to.

The Basque Country is known for its beautiful beaches, and there are several great options within driving distance of the campsite. Biarritz is a popular resort town with a lively atmosphere and a beautiful beach. Saint-Jean-de-Luz is a charming fishing village with a long sandy beach. La Plage d'Hendaye is a popular spot for surfing and bodyboarding. Visit the nearby town of Bayonne. It's known for its chocolate and its Basque pelota games, a traditional sport similar to handball. You can explore the Grand Bayonne, the historical center, with its narrow streets and half-timbered houses. Don't miss the chance to try the local favourite, Jambon de Bayonne (Bayonne ham).
