Camping La Ferme de Castellane is nestled in the mountains Provence-Alpes-Côte-d’Azur between pine forests and along a shallow river, a few km from the attractive town of Castellane. The site is also ideally located for visiting the Gorges du Verdon. The site has 67 grass pitches of which 24 are for touring units and have a 10/6-amp hook-up point. There are also 43 mobile homes, chalets or safari tents available for hire. The pitches are on grass and vary in size but are generally large enough for all your camping equipment. Most pitches have ample shade provided by mature trees.

This is a site with few facilities but has everything needed for an enjoyable holiday. The reception can be found in an attractive building which used to be an old water mill. On site, you will find an outdoor swimming pool, which is ideal for those who wish to relax and cool off on a hot summers day. There is also a small shallow stream on site where guests can paddle. Entertainment is held weekly and includes BBQs and live music. The site does not have a restaurant; however, you can find all our shopping and restaurant needs in the nearby town of Castellane.

A quintessential Provencal town, Castellane is a great place to wander around and soak up the atmosphere. Explore the narrow streets, visit the Notre-Dame du Roc chapel built inside a cliff, or relax in one of the many cafes and restaurants. The Verdon Gorge is a must-visit for any nature enthusiast. Often referred to as Europe's Grand Canyon, the gorge offers breath taking scenery, turquoise waters, and dramatic cliffs. You can walk, cycle kayak, canoe, or even paraglide over the gorge!

The roads in this area are rather twisty. From Castellane centre continue towards Grasse. The site is signed from Castellane the D4085. Turn right at the site sign and join Hubac de la Lagne, the site is 1 km further on the left off this road.
