Camping Gavín is set on a terraced, wooded hillside and you will find a friendly welcome. The site offers 150 touring pitches of 90 sq.m. and with 10A electricity available to all. In some areas the terracing means that some pitches are quite small. The main site buildings have been constructed using natural stone. There are also 13 bungalows and 11 superb, balconied apartments.
A good restaurant, bar and supermarket are open all year (except November). At about 900 m. the site is surrounded by towering peaks at the portal of the Tena Valley. One can enjoy the natural beauty of the Pyrenees and venture near or far along the great Pyrenean footpaths.
This site provides a tranquil, orderly and attractive environment with comprehensive facilities whilst the National Park of Ordesa, the valleys of Hecho, Broto and Tena and their associated ravines, lakes and rivers all offer a great variety of opportunities for physical activities. These include white water rafting, canoeing, canyoning and climbing, whilst those of a quieter disposition can walk the footpaths leading from the site or study the birdlife, including eagles. The high mountain villages of Formigal, Panticosa and Balneario have medieval centres to which contemporary ski apartments have been added along with shops, entertainment and services.
Facilities
Excellent shower and toilet facilities in three main buildings with subtle, tasteful décor include facilities for babies, children and disabled visitors. Laundry facilities. Motorhome services. Well stocked supermarket. Bar, restaurant and takeaway. Swimming pools (seasonal) and paddling pools (all year). Tennis. Playground and indoor play area. Bicycle hire. Individual barbecues are not permitted at some times of the year. Communal, covered barbecue area. WiFi in reception area (free).

Site is off the N260, 2 km. from Biescas at km. 503. From France at Col de Portalet take A136 towards Biescas. At Biescas turn east on N260 towards Broto.
