Camping Fuldaschleife is in Guxhagen, Hesse, located in a wood and alongside the river Fulda. The site has pitches with some shade. You will have access to various cycle routes and swimming is possible in the river, you can also try wild water sailing/kayaking/rafting. A dense network of important cycling and hiking trails invite you to take varied trekking tours on the R1 long-distance cycle path. The site facilities have recently been renovated to a high standard. The site has an ingenious digital pitch booking and washing machine operation system. Recommended for a stopover or even longer stay as there are many leisure activities possible in the area. Easy access from the A7. In the village (within walking distance) you will find nice beer garden. The site has 118 pitches of which 75 are for touring units with 16-amp hook-up point and there are 3 caravans or hikers cabins available for hire.

Numerous cultural-historical and scenic excursion destinations in the area could be suitable for a day out. The Fulda with its natural banks is a paradise for unforgettable canoe tours. But you don't have to do without big-city culture either. The site is close to the documeta city of Kassel with the UNESCO World Heritage Mountain Park "Wilhelmshöhe".

From the A7 Kassel-Frankfurt take exit 81 Guxhagen. From here, join the B83 to the exit signed Büchenwerra and turn right. The site is signed off this road.
