Floreal le Festival is attractively located in the wide wooded valley of the River Ourthe and is open all year. There are 365 pitches of a good size, and hedges surround each. Seventy-five are for tourers, and all have electrical connections. The touring area is closest to the river and is more open. On-site amenities include a restaurant with a terrace offering traditional cuisine from March to October. This is where the evening entertainment is held for the whole family to enjoy this inclusive bingo and live shows.

For those that enjoy staying active whilst on holiday there are a couple of sports facilities with a football field, table tennis and volleyball. For those more adventurous, there are plenty of making and paddle-boarding opportunities on the river. The region is also ideal for walking and mountain biking, and the site’s managers are more than happy to help you plan your excursions.

Le Festival is close to the village of Rendeux, home to the attractive Robert Lenoir arboretum and also some fine medieval villages, such as La Roche and Durbuy. This part of the Ardennes is, of course, well known for its caves. The nearby Grottes de Hotton are amongst the best, a massive network with the opportunity to look down into a 35 m. deep chasm.

Directions to Camping Floreal le Festival

Approaching from Namur, head south on N4 as far as Marche-en-Famenne. Here, join the westbound N86 to Hotton and then the southbound N822 (direction of La Roche-en-Ardenne) to Rendeux. From here follow signs to the site.
