Camping Domaine du Roc, nestled along the picturesque Nantes to Brest canal between Malestroit and Josselin, offers a tranquil escape in the heart of Brittany, Pays de l'Oust, Brocéliande. The campsite is ideally situated on the banks of the River Oust, with the charming village of Le Roc St Andre just a leisurely two-minute stroll away . Start your day with a pleasant walk to pick up fresh croissants, a delightful convenience that adds to the ease and comfort of your stay. The site boasts 63 grass pitches, 31 of which are designed for touring units and feature a 10-amp hook-up point. Additionally, 32 mobile homes or log cabins are available for hire, providing a variety of comfortable accommodation options.

For those who enjoy swimming, there is an indoor pool with a sliding roof and a toddlers' pool. There is also a playground for children and a snack bar for when you don't feel like cooking. As the campsite is located directly on the River Oust, there are plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy, including kayaking, a perfect way to explore the area via the water. There are also fishing opportunities to be had here.

Go by bicycle to visit the nearby Museum of the Breton Resistance at St Marcel, which can be hired directly from the site. It is an easy ride along the canal bank and then to Voie Vert along an old railway line. It is a very worthwhile and moving experience, and the main texts and subtitles for the videos are also in English. Just a 13-kilometer drive from Le Roc-Saint-André, Josselin is a charming town with a beautiful castle, the Château de Josselin. The castle dates back to the 11th century and is surrounded by a moat. The town also has a lovely old center with narrow streets, half-timbered houses, and shops.
