Alan Rogers Review
This small and attractive riverside site has a comfortable ambience and is only a short drive from the port of Roscoff. There are 100 pitches, 85 for touring, all level, grassy and hedged and with electricity (10A). Many small trees give a little shade. A comfortable bar opens onto a large terrace that surrounds the swimming and paddling pools. There is little in the way of sports provision other than table tennis and boules. Young children are catered for with an excellent play area and, for the not so young, there is entertainment in the bar during high season.
A stone’s throw from the site entrance lies a not very attractive pebble beach, however a five-minute walk takes you to a wide, safe sandy beach. The old town of Saint Pol-de-Léon (2 km) has shops, bars, restaurants and a weekly market.
Facilities
One central toilet block includes accessible facilities. Washing machine and dryer. Heated swimming and paddling pools (15/6-10/9). Small shop and bar (July/Aug). Play area. Boules. Billiards. Visiting food vans (July/Aug). Few organised activities (July/Aug). Fishing. WiFi (free).
Location
From Morlaix go north on D58 to St Pol-de-Léon. Follow signs for Plage/Port. Site is well signed.
