Les Graniers is a friendly site with new owners, located on the fringe of the magnificent Cevennes National Park. Pitches are well shaded by tall trees, and of a good size. Most have electrical connections. A number of mobile homes, chalets and fully equipped bungalow style tents are available to rent. Unusually, les Graniers also offers two Mongolian-style yurts for rent. On-site leisure facilities include a swimming pool, volleyball and a snack bar. There are many footpaths and cycling routes close to the site, and the managers will be pleased to recommend routes. A day trip to the seaside is possible, around one hour’s drive away at Le Grau-du-Roi.

The village of Saint Hippolyte-du-Fort has a range of shops and is around 4 km. from the site. A little further afield (10 km), Anduze is a delightful Cévenol town, now well known for its Bambouseraie, a wonderful garden and home to Europe’s oldest bamboo collection. The Cevennes is a popular destination for adventure sports, with canoeing, canyoning and via ferrata all possible.

Directions to Camping de Graniers

The site is located to the northeast of St Hippolyte-du-Fort. Approaching from Anduze, head south on D907 and D982 to St Hippolyte and follow signs in the village to les Graniers.
