On the River Cher, some 30 kilometres East of Tours, Bléré Plage can be found in four hectares of shaded parkland. Just 500 metres away is the pretty town of Bléré with its restored windmill dating back to 1845. A watersports centre is adjacent, offering sailing, canoeing and water-skiing, while numerous other activities can be found nearby - minigolf, riding, play equipment and a heated swimming pool. Two hundred and ten level, unmarked, grassy pitches are arranged in groups off hard access roads. There is shade from mature trees. This site is a good choice for anyone visiting the châteaux of the Loire; the magnificent example at Chenonceaux is only a 15 minute drive.

Traditional sanitary block can be heated and has hot showers, some private cabins and accessible facilities. Washing machine. Motorhome services. Bar and takeaway food (July/Aug). Play area. TV room. WiFi on part of site (free).
