Belvedere is a pleasant, family site located between Pacengo and Lazise at the south eastern corner of Lake Garda. There is a good selection of amenities here including a restaurant with an attractive terrace overlooking the lake. Other facilities include a swimming pool, supermarket and renovated toilet blocks. Pitches are of varying sizes and are grassy, with reasonable shade. This is a popular corner of the lake and Belvedere is just 200 m. from the Caneva water park, and also very close to Gardaland, Italy’s largest theme park. A lively entertainment and activities programme for children is run during July and August, and includes a miniclub.

The site has direct access to the lake and its own private sandy beach as well as a pontoon for launching boats. There are a number of mobile homes and chalets available to rent. The local produce market takes place on Wednesdays at historic Lazise. Popular excursions include Verona and Milan, and reception will gladly advise on the best routes and attractions. Venice is also easily accessible for a longer day trip by car or coach. The Lake Garda area produces many wines, and numerous tasting outlets are available. Camping Belvedere is popular with school groups visiting the theme parks.

Directions to Camping Belvedere

Leave the A4 (Milan-Venice) autostrada at the Castelnuovo del Garda exit. Head north on the SR450. Leave this road at Ca Isidoro and join the westbound SP5 to Lazise. Site is clearly signed to the south of the town.
