This small, pleasant and friendly site is a very convenient night-stop, just off the Stuttgart-München autobahn, roughly midway between Stuttgart and Ulm, and a reasonable drive from the German border at Aachen. On the edge of a wood, the 50 shaded touring pitches on flat grass and hardstanding are not marked out but adequate space is allowed and all have 10A electrical connections. There are 90 static units and separate area for tents opposite the entrance.

Facilities at Camping Aichelberg

The main toilet block is well constructed and should be sufficient, with free hot water to washbasins, showers and sinks plus four private cabins. Sanitary facilities specially for children. Accessible facilities, Washing machine and dryer. Shop. Bar, restaurant and takeaway (15/6-15/9). Playground. WiFi throughout (charged).

Directions to Camping Aichelberg

Take exit 58 from autobahn A8 just to the west of Kirchheim towards Goppingen. If coming from München turn right then immediately left to site, if from Stuttgart follow signs.
