Camping Abaya is nestled between the mountains and the sea in Hendaye, France, near the Spanish border. It's an excellent spot for a relaxing getaway in nature, with plenty of activities and amenities to keep you entertained. It's situated in a peaceful area just 2 kilometres from the sandy beach of Hendaye (with a free bus shuttle service available). Close to the coastal paths, perfect for scenic walks and hikes and a short drive from the Spanish border, allowing you to explore French and the Spanish Basque culture. The site has 52 grass/hardstanding touring pitches with a 16-amp hook-up point and 80 mobile homes or lodges available to hire.

The campsite team offers various activities accessible to all and organises Guided walks and guided bus excursions, which can be arranged at the campsite reception. During high season there is an entertainment programme with various games, crafts and sports tournaments for all ages to get involved with. As for evening entertainment, you can enjoy live music, which is held regularly at the campsite restaurant and bar. After exploring the surrounding area and getting involved with various campsite activities, you can cool off and enjoy a refreshing dip at the outdoor swimming pool.

Directions to Camping Abaya

Leave A63/E90 at exit 2 St Jean-de-Luz sud, exit no. 2 and join the D810 towards Urrugne. After Urrugne, continue on the D810 to a roundabout and take the 1st exit onto Route de la Glacière D658. Continue to follow D658. Next turn right onto Chemin d'Anziola. Turn left onto Chemin de Ascoube Fagady and the site is on the right off this road.
