Baška Beach Camping Resort (formally known as Zablace Camping Resort) is at the southern end of the beautiful island of Krk, 300 m. from the former fishing village of Baška, now a busy tourist centre. Like most sites in Croatia it has direct access to a large, pebble beach and a small pool, both open to the public and from where there are views over the Adriatic islands. The site has 398 pitches with 200 available for touring units. Zone 1 (nearest the beach) provides 100 individual pitches with electricity and water. The quietest zone on grass is further away (across a public road that splits the site in two) and has electricity and water taps. There is little shade.
There are not many amenities on the site, but it is an easy five minute walk along the promenade to the busy centre of Baska where there are bars, restaurants and pizzerias. There is also free entry to the Corinthia Hotel, where you can use all of the hotel facilities, including the swimming pool. Well worth visiting is the little church on the top of the hill, where there are beautiful views over the bay and the Seniska Vrata channel.
