Nestling in the famous wine producing countryside of the Lussac, Pomerol and Saint Emilion areas north of Bordeaux, le Pressoir is surrounded by fields of vines. The 100 large pitches are arranged on either side of a gravel road leading up a slight hill. Most are shaded by attractive trees, but almost all are sloping. They are over 100 sq.m. and equipped with electricity (10A Europlug). The old barn has been converted into a stylish bar and a really charming, separate restaurant. A quiet, family site, le Pressoir provides a comfortable base for a holiday in this area famous for good food and wine.
The manicured entrance featuring attractive trees, shrubs and flowers, together with preserved equipment from its former role as a wine farm, welcomes one to the site.
