Alan Rogers Review of Yelloh! Village Port de Plaisance
Sometimes larger campsites can lack ambiance, but it is not so with Port de Plaisance. This site has 353 pitches, of which 238 are occupied by accommodation available to rent. There are also 41 touring pitches here. Accommodation is mostly in two areas, positioned in small groups amongst the many mature trees and flowering shrubs. Although there are five holiday tour operators on site, their presence is unobtrusive because of careful positioning amongst the trees. A wide range of entertainment and activities take place over a long season, and the large indoor water complex is impressive.
The restaurant that overlooks the pool complex boasts a very good menu. There is entertainment suitable for all ages. Covered heated pool. The marina at the mouth of the Odet river is 500 m. away, and from here you can enjoy a boat trip up to Quimper. The large seaside town of Bénodet, with all the shops, bars and restaurants that you could wish for is just 1 km. away.
Facilities at Yelloh! Village Port de Plaisance
Heated sanitary block with facilities for children and accessible facilities. Laundry room. Shop, bar, restaurant and takeaway (all season). Swimming pool complex with flumes and toboggan (15/5-18/9). Large indoor pool complex with spa and toboggan. Massage room. Wellness centre. Games room. Family entertainment programme. Multisports court. Aerial zip wire course. Climbing wall. Bicycle hire. WiFi over site (charged). Dogs accepted all season except in 4-star and premium accommodation.
