You’ll have to go a long way before finding anything remotely like this site! Burford School owns the land, and the site was created to raise money for the school. It is like stepping into their own private garden. This adults-only park is screened from the main school grounds by trees and provides 25 pitches (six seasonal), separated by hedges, all with 16A electricity.

This is a lovely location for exploring the Cotswolds – Burford calls itself the ‘Gateway to the Cotswolds’. The turn into the site, off the school drive, is narrow, and the site is not considered suitable for large motorhomes. It is best to avoid school pick-up and drop-off times when the school can be congested. Bookings are taken only via phone.

No on-site sanitary facilities (Max. 2 dogs per pitch). Chemical w/c disposal point (Elsan), grey water disposal point, 16 amp electric hook-up, ample fresh water taps, book swap.

Directions to Wysdom Touring Park

From roundabout on A40 at Burford, take A361 towards Lechdale on Thames. Park is a few yards on right signed Burford School. Once in drive watch for narrow entrance to site on right in 100 yds.
