A lovely little site exclusively for adults, Woodville is in a sheltered situation, attractively laid out with a variety of shrubs and trees. There are 26 pitches all with hardstanding and 16A electricity. They are accessed by a circular roadway which provides a central lawned area. A caravan storage area is to one side. This is a quiet site with few services, although the park is adjacent to Fermoys Garden Centre with farm shop and café. Dainton Park golf course is directly opposite and Ipplepen village is within walking distance and has a small supermarket and a pub. The owners live on the site and take a pride in their park.
This small site has been family owned and run for the last 14 years and is ideal for touring couples. The wild beauty of Dartmoor National Park with its riding, walking, kayaking and climbing is within half an hour by car. The busy market town of Newton Abbot, attractive Totnes, the seaside resort of Torquay and the cities of Exeter and Plymouth are all within easy reach by bus or car.
Facilities at Woodville Caravan Park
A fully equipped toilet block also provides a separate accessible unit . Washing machine and freezer. Vans selling fish and chips and eggs calls weekly. Library. Tourist information. Reception is in the house (limited opening hours).

From Newton Abbot follow A381 Totnes road for 3 miles. Site is on the right just after Fermoys Garden Centre. The site gate is kept closed.
