Well situated for the Sefton coast and Southport, Willowbank Holiday Home & Touring Park is set on the edge of sand-dunes amongst mature, -windswept trees. Entrance to the park is controlled by a barrier, with a pass-key issued at the excellent reception building which doubles as a sales office for the substantial, high-quality caravan holiday home development. There are 79 touring pitches, 30 on gravel hardstandings, 16 on grass and a further 33 pitches, all with 10A electricity; these are on grass hardstanding using an environmentally friendly reinforcement system. Large units are accepted by prior arrangement.
The owners are very well supported by the reception team, which has considerable experience in managing the touring park. There could be some noise from the nearby main road. This is a good area for cycling and walking with the Trans-Pennine Way being adjacent. The attractions of Southport with its parks, gardens, funfair and shopping are approximately five miles away. The area is famous for its golf courses including the Royal Birkdale championship links. Latest arrival time is 21.00.
