Utopia Paradise Caravan Park is an adult only site situated on a county wildlife site in the heart of the village of Lyng in Norfolk. The site has 15 grass and hardstanding lakeside pitches with beautiful views. Electric hook-up points (16amp) are optional for all pitches. These are metered, so you'll pay for what you use. Shared toilets are nearby alongside a water and recycling point. There is also a cottage available to hire. The site is half an hour from Norwich, a great base for exploring the south-east countryside. Situated on a nature reserve with an onsite apiary, try the fresh honey. You'll find all you need in just a 5-minute walk away, including a pub, shop, dog walks, riding stables and tennis courts are close by for those looking for a more active break. The site is an easy five-minute walk to a shop/tearoom with basic supplies alongside a great pub called The Fox at Lyng.

The site is ideally positioned to visit the North Norfolk coast and the Norfolk Broads. Places to visit include Bygone Villages, Steam Railways, and magnificent stately homes, Pensthorpe Waterfowl Park, Garden and Craft Centres. Sporting activities are well catered for from Fishing to Golf. Barnham Broom and Wensum Valley Golf clubs to name just two, are in easy distance of Lyng. Lyng is situated 13 miles from the medieval Cathedral City of Norwich, with its historic buildings and museums (including Norwich Castle). Norwich has Cinemas, Theatres, Restaurants, and also excellent shopping including two Malls. The area is a haven for cycling, walking, bird watching and Painting. There are also numerous commercial fisheries in the area to satisfy all tastes and abilities.

Directions to Utopia Paradise Caravan Park

Please do not go to Farman Close: this is the office address and has no entrance to the site. The site is at Richmond place, Lyng.

Travelling on the A47 from Dereham to Norwich, there is a slip road on the left signposted North Tuddenham. Take the slip road and leave the A47. When you reach the T-junction, turn right and continue into Lyng (be careful: the satnav can send you the wrong way). At a staggered crossroad, turn right and then turn left immediately past the shop. Drive slowly and look out for a road on your left past an old house. Continue up the drive up to the campsite entrance.
