Alan Rogers Review of Two Mills Touring Park

Two Mills is a quiet, adults-only site with a long season. Set in the bowl of a former quarry, the park is a real sun trap. It is secluded, sheltered and terraced with birdsong to be heard at all times of the day.

Neatly maintained with natural areas, varied trees, wildflowers and birds, the owners, Barbara and Ray Barnes, want to add their own touches to this popular park. Following the purchase of an adjacent field, there are now 81 average-sized, level pitches for touring units on hardstanding, including 72 serviced pitches (patio, water and wastewater drainage). All have 10/16A electricity.

This is a good centre from which to explore the north Norfolk coast, the Broads or for visiting Norwich.

A footpath from the park joins the Weavers Way with the nearest country Inn/Restaurant being only 150 yards away. Only two miles away is the lovely old village of Worstead, its huge church giving a clue to its former prosperity. The surrounding quiet country lanes and byways are ideal for both cycling and walking, as are the miles of sandy beaches to be found locally. A member of the Best of British group.
