Tremarne Campsite is situated on the edge of St Austell where you can simply pitch up, sit back and relax in this beautiful part of Cornwall. Tremarne is a peaceful, well sheltered, family-run site with stunning views over the Cornish countryside. In this spacious, secure, dog-friendly site there is plenty of room for children to play safely, dogs to laze in the sun and grown-ups to unwind.
The site is ideally situated for those wishing to explore local attractions and close to a host of local amenities. The site has 4 hardstanding and 26 grass pitches. All but 12 have an electric hook-up point.
The beach at Porthpean (5.5 miles) is just a short drive away with incredible coastal views looking out over Gerrans Bay, and with easy access to the South West Coast Path. The long sandy stretch at Carlyon Bay (6.3 miles) is within easy driving distance too. Spend the day at Charlestown and wander through Poldark country on a visit to the picturesque Georgian harbour before heading to the beach - just five miles from the site.
Single toilet block provides wash basins, toilets, showers. Launderette. Razor point. Outdoor washing up areas. Chemical toilet disposal point. Campsite Bar. Fire pit hire. Children’s play area plenty of space for recreation. Pets welcome. No dog walk on site. Recycling facilities. Ice pack freezer. Wi-Fi charged.
If approaching West bound on the A30, turn off at Fraddon services/Grampound Road, Laddock (this is a very tight bend). Turn right onto Grampound Road and continue for 2 miles to staggered crossroads. Turn left onto the A3058 and continue through St.Stephen, keeping on the same road for approx. 1.8 miles. This will lead you straight into High Street (you will see the High Street 40 mph signs). Turn right and the site entrance will be on your left.Link to campsite location map on google
