Here you'll camp on the edge of the historic centre of Bourges, which has been identified by UNESCO for its world heritage cathedral. This campsite is ideal for a stopover for a city visit.
From this green tree-filled spot in suburban Bourges, it’s a gentle 20-minute stroll to the historic city centre or the leisure facilities around the Val d’Auron lake (tennis, golf, horse riding, sailing and fishing among them). Restaurants, cafés, shops, markets and a supermarket are within distance too. You can take advantage of the site’s delivery service that provides fresh bread and pastries in the mornings, and other snacks and drinks can be acquired at the small on-site grocery store.
Badminton, volleyball and pétanque kit is all available for those who choose to lurk about on site for a while, along with a playground for the kids. In summer there’s also a programme and organised activities for the children.
