Berrua is in a useful situation on the Basque coast, 10 km. from the Pyrenees, 20 km. from Spain and a five minute drive from Biarritz. Just 1 km. from the sea, it is an ideal location for visiting the beaches in southwest France. A neat and tidy site, it has 270 level pitches (91 for touring units) set amongst trees. Most have electricity (6A) and some are fully serviced. The focal point of the site is an excellent swimming pool complex with several pools, slides and paddling pools which is surrounded by sunbeds for sunbathing. Organised activities and entertainment for both adults and children in high season, guided walks, dances, sporting competitions, bingo and karaoke. A member of the Sunêlia group.

Toilet facilities are good (unisex) consisting of two blocks with washbasins in cabins. Baby rooms. Accessible facilities. Washing machines. Motorhome services. Shop, bar/restaurant and takeaway. Large pool complex with loungers and slide for children. Games room. Play area (3-10 yrs only). Archery. Boules. No gas or electric barbecues. Evening entertainment for adults (June-Aug). WiFi throughout (charged).

From A63 exit 4, take N10 south towards Bidart. At roundabout after the Intermarché supermarket, turn left. Bear right then take next right (site signed).
