Alan Rogers Review of Stratford Touring Park
The site is an integral part of Stratford racecourse, which has been hosting horse racing since 1755. It is located right on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon, just one mile from its centre. All the pitches are level and set after the home straight. There are 120 touring pitches, all on level ground, of which 74 have 16A electric hookups.
Stratford Racecourse Touring Park is set in the rural Warwickshire countryside, not far from the gently flowing river Avon. It is only a 20 – 30-minute pleasant walk to discover all the Shakespearean Tapestry that historic Stratford upon Avon has to offer, as well as the beautiful surrounding area. Well signposted from all major roads, the site is accessible to the largest of vehicles; it also boasts a separate area for rallies with optional room hire.
Arrivals after 2100hrs until 1000hrs the following day can park up on the hardstanding pitches for £10
Facilities at Stratford Touring Park
Facilities are housed within the grandstand. They comprise refurbished showers and toilets, washing up sinks and a coin-operated launderette (takes old £1 coins, available from Reception) Calor gas sales and electric hookups.

Follow signs for the Racecourse which is well signed from all major trunk roads when approaching Stratford-upon-Avon.
