Roselands is a small, family owned park situated on the Cornish moors overlooking the village of Saint Just and with marvellous views of the sea and countryside around Lands End. In all there are 19 holiday homes to let, 25 level, grassy touring pitches (all with 16A electricity) and some provision for tents. The owner’s home, providing a bar and conservatory along with reception and a small shop, sits in the centre of the park. The conservatory acts as a community family room with games, Internet facility and tourist information with a play area outside and a games room nearby. This area is very popular with walkers and birdwatchers.

The park itself originated in 1972 in old clay pits – the area where most of the holiday homes are located was one of the pits and is consequently very sheltered. Subsequent owners have added to the house and the current owners, Craig and Kerry with their young family, do everything themselves. This includes running the little bar and making suggestions for walks (with or without your dog) and what to see and do. Craig is very knowledgeable about the area and will also organise fishing trips.

Small traditional toilet block, fully equipped and can be heated. Laundry facilities. Small shop mainly for basics and gas, plus a bar (1/5-31/8). Conservatory with TV and Internet access. Play area. Games room. WiFi throughout (free).

Take the A3071 from Penzance for St Just. Follow for 5.5 miles then 0.5 miles before St Just turn left at sign for site.
