De Roompot is a large holiday resort sheltered behind the Oosterschelde dyke, right beside the beach. There are 1,390 pitches which include 210 for touring units. The remainder are taken by privately-owned accommodation and rental units. The level, grassy pitches vary in size (80-100 sq.m) and the rows are separated by high bushes. Many of the pitches have 6A electricity, water, wastewater and TV aerial point, and some luxury pitches have private sanitary facilities (toilet, basin, shower, underfloor heating and WiFi). This site has everything one might need for an active seaside holiday on the Dutch coast.

These facilities include a 750 sq.m. sub-tropical pool complex (free for campers) which includes a 63 m. long water slide, a wave machine and a jet stream. Directly from the indoor pool, you can swim outside to relax in the beach garden. De Roompot is a good site for beach lovers with the beach just opposite the dyke, but also great for active people with facilities for diving, sailing, surfing, mountain biking and riding, plus tennis and squash courts.
